The following fees apply for stays of 6 months or more and are all-inclusive of electricity, heating, water and wi-fi. Long term residency is usually for at least one complete academic year, for full time students only.

SHORT
STAy
The following fees apply for stays of less than 4 months (short term residency) and are only available during June, July and August. Accommodation is self-catering, but otherwise all-inclusive. The minimum tenancy period is one month maximum four months:
Deposit: £250.00
Deposit is refundable at end of the residency, provided the date of departure indicated on application form is adhered to or 1 month notice is given.
